believe me, I'm already thinking up a storm of photography ideas for Noah and his Firefighter dad. |
Hey there! Happy Saturday!
I wanted to apologize for not blogging as much lately. Besides being lazy and pregnant, I've been trying to spend as much time with the Husband as possible when he's home because beginning the month of November he will not only have his EMT 24 hour shifts, but on the days he doesn't work he'll be training to become a firefighter for our town! He'll be a volunteer firefighter but it's a great start! I'm so very proud of him but I'm going to miss having time like we do now for one another. He'll be doing the academy and will be graduating the first week of December, just in time for Noah to arrive! =) so much is happening so fast and it's incredibly exciting and nerve racking! Whooo!
Speaking of firefighter, the other day he came home with his turn out gear ( the yellow firefighter suit with helmet and suspenders and all ) and let me tell you... That was a good view. ;) heehee I'd post a picture but he asked me not to since he's barely starting out and doesn't want to get into any trouble. (he's not allowed to be seen with it on outside of our home or work.) They're very very strict to begin in with. I didn't know until recently that they are a paramilitary type program. They train hard like the men in the armed forces and they are treated as grunts to begin with. I'm not worried tho, David has the patience to be there and endure it all. Anyways this was a post pretty much just letting you all know what's been going on.
I'm blessed with a sweet husband that loves me and cares for me and our future and I love that about him. My man of God, my Love. Now for some pinterest inspiration...
