This weekend was a good one! It was calm but fun! I found out there would be free flower farm tours going on in Carpinteria and I thought it would be the perfect fun for the boys to learn about spring and flowers blooming.
It was a beautiful sight to see! We did learn a lot. The kids, well the kids were not able to stand still during the tour so we only visited one farm and called it good.
Right after the tour, we went straight to the beach! It was such a good day for it too!
Sunday we didn't attend Church. And to be completely honest, it felt good to not have a rushing out of the house day! We relaxed at home, cleaned, put laundry away and then me and the littlest boys went in town to see the flower show display. After that we walked around and then Levi asked to go to Goodwill to walk. I'm not making this up, my kids ask me to take them to Goodwill all the time! I wonder where they get it from?! ;)
At Goodwill, I found what I had been looking for, Patio Chairs! Exactly the style I had wanted but couldn't afford! And they were brand new, still in packaging and..... they were only $14.99 each! Well, a couple weeks back I was over charged with my purchase, and the manager said to come back and he'd give me a discount. Well I waited for the perfect thing, the chairs. They only cost me $9.99 each! Score!!!
That was our quiet weekend! Today it's Wednesday , Noah goes to church for his kids discipleship program that he absolutely loves and enjoys!
